An egregore is a thought form. You don't have to be a magician to create one. Thousands of people create and maintain egregores each and every day. An egregore is a very special thoughtform that serves a variety of purposes. It is essentially a daemon (not to be confused with 'demon') in the sense that they are often created to accomplish something. There are other sorts of egregores, but that's what this one is. The Egregore of Egregore Press was created to make something happen, and that something is to assist people with publishing their works and getting that taste of accomplishment...and perhaps some further inspiration. Truly, the Egregore is choosey about what it publishes...but would you expect any less?
